Activia With Bifidus Regularis

I was born and raised an American.
Americans are in search for happy solutions; aids to relaxation and letting go.
Jaimee Lee Curtis is currently on TV advertising Activia With Bifidus Regularis.
I don't sell or buy, don't use, and I don't know how effective Activia is as and aid to bowel movement.
Ms. Curtis in her advertisement guarantees Activia With BR will work or you will get your money back.
I believe her. I trust Jaimie Lee Curtis.

Concurrently there is a big pharma company advertising ''Abilify.''

The pharma selling Abilify has the audacity to admit in its' advertisement that drugs for depression do not work for 2 out of 3 depressed people who take the anti-depression drugs to eliminate their depression.
The advertisement then suggests these 2 out of 3 depressed people should buy Abilify and add Abilify to the other anti-depression drugs they are taking.

I'm not going to rant about Big Pharma/Money Madness in America in this blog.

I don't believe in their products. I don't trust them.

One reason these anti-depression drugs don't work for 2 out of 3 people with depression may be because depression is not one thing. Depression for 2 out of 3 may be different for different people.
This basic idea may apply to all forms of mental illness.
To understand depression and other forms of ''mental illness'' we need to understand the bio-psycho-social uniqueness of each person and each person's life.

The same pill cannot cure all because we are dealing with the individual person's unique way of being human under the particular circumstances of this person's life.
