Is To Re-structure And Re-process Itself
as highly competitive between individuals, groups and nations
and at the same time
create a unified co-operative political-socio-economic international society.
The model for this re-structuring is not new. The model for this re-structuring is in the relationship between the federal government of the USA and the individual states of the USA, in the living constitution & bill of rights of the USA, and in the individual and group psychotherapy movement of modern democratic nations.
